Stefano Spessotto

An innovative force in the world of design, Stefano Spessotto has built a career defined by versatility and ingenuity. After graduating from the Artistic High School of Udine, he began his journey in the creative industry, working for one of Italy’s premier advertising agencies before transitioning to product design at the age of 22. Spessotto’s early collaboration with Cerasa, one of Italy’s leading bathroom furniture manufacturers, revolutionized the sector with his groundbreaking Flut model in 1990, introducing a new era of design.

In 1991, he founded Dedalo Studio, extending his reach into diverse industries, including furniture, sportswear, and interior design, working with brands like Benetton, Le Coq Sportif, K2, Inda, DuPont, Teuco, Arbi, Zanette, Scavolini, and Ditre Italia. As a designer and artistic director, Spessotto crafts products imbued with meaning, where each creation tells a unique story. His philosophy reflects a deep respect for the user, producing designs that not only captivate but also connect on an emotional level, ensuring every piece resonates with purpose and individuality.
